Decent wines, slow support
I bought a few 'low intervention wines' and a bottle of 'small batch olive oil'. The products themselves were high quality and I really enjoyed them. Delivery took about 6 days which is acceptable. However, I had a question about one of the wines and emailed customer service. It took them almost three days to get back to me, which felt a bit slow. Not a deal-breaker, but something they could improve on for sure. Overall, a good experience with good products.
